Crysltal Organic Hair Conditioner Base is a natural organic base for making hair conditioner. It contains 73% organic ingredients. 

This base is a fully finished formulation where you only need to add essential oils or fragrances. It is suitable for all hair types. It contains nourishing and softening additives, organic certified oils - shea butter, jojoba oil, sunflower oil and olive oil. The conditioner base is rich in moisturizing aloe vera extract and hydrating betaine from sugar beets. Lightweight velvety texture. Does not require additional thickening.

Directions for use. Pour Hair Conditioner Base into a sterile container, heat to 38 - 40°C. Add the required amount of natural essential oils (usually 0.2 - 0.5%). Stir for 15 - 30 minutes or until the oils are completely dispersed. Pour into containers.
