All international orders can be paid by credit card upon checkout.
 

Terms of return and refund

Payment for an order can only be refunded if your order was not sent by the postal service. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days and will be credited to the card from which the payment was made. The refund amount may vary due to changes in exchange rates in banking institutions. Refunds for international shipments are not possible if the package has been collected by the postal service.

The conditions for returning and/or exchanging goods are governed by Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. However, we remind you that Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 approved a list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return, which in particular include perfumery and cosmetic products. Therefore, when placing an order, you need to understand that some of the goods from our online store cannot be returned (for example, base and essential oils, extracts and assets, ready-made cosmetics, etc.)

The following rules apply to goods that are subject to return and exchange:

  • Returns of goods are carried out within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order. The date is formed on the day of dispatch and is indicated on the invoice.
  • Products of those store categories that are subject to return and exchange are accepted new, undamaged, in packaging. If you are returning a cosmetic container, we must inspect it for damage, scratches, wear and wear.
  • Goods of poor quality will be accepted for return only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Return of goods is carried out by TC Nova Poshta at the expense of the sender. If the return shipping has not been paid by the sender, we will not collect the goods and will not be able to issue a refund.
  • Return delivery of goods is paid by the client according to the tariffs of the selected delivery service.
  • The cost of the product will be returned no later than 10 calendar days from the date of registration of the return/exchange. To process a return, we must receive the item you sent and inspect it.
  • Funds are returned in non-cash form to the buyer’s card or bank account. To do this, you must provide full bank details and/or passport details + TIN (if the return is made to an individual’s card).
