Terms of delivery

International orders

The Beurre online store sends orders to any country in the world using the address which you filled in. The minimum order amount for sending an international order is 1000 UAH. The order arrives at the address you specified. We have calculated the approximate cost of sending parcels depending on the weight and country, for example:

  • 1 kg - 2 kg - 24,6£
  • 2 kg - 4 kg - 27£.

  • 1 kg - 2 kg - 35$
  • 2 kg - 4 kg - 40$.

Tariffs are shown for informational purposes only. You will find out the exact cost of shipping during placing an order, when you specify the country and delivery address. If you have not selected international shipping as a shipping method, the manager will inform you of the shipping cost after your order has been completed and packed.You can also calculate the cost of delivery of the parcel according to the specified weight and exactly to your country. This can be easily done on the UkrPoshta website using the Delivery Cost Calculator.

During delivery costs calculating, you need to indicate:

  • destination country - indicate your country
  • type of departure - goods
  • indicate the approximate weight and size of the parcel
  • delivery method is always by air
  • without indicating the estimated value.


IMPORTANT! Make sure that you do not violate the conditions for duty-free import of goods into your country to avoid problems at customs and payment of additional duties when receiving the parcel. It is also recommended to check the lists of goods required to be declared. In all countries of the world, parcels may be subject to random inspection and opening, which may lead to further questions from customs officials if you have violated the rules of your legislation. These rules differ for each individual country and the store is not responsible for any problems that arise when your parcel passes customs control in the recipient’s country.

* If you were unable to pick up your parcel, did not have time to pick it up, or decided not to pick it up for personal reasons and the shipment was returned back, the store will not compensate the cost of the ordered goods and shipping costs. We cannot control the shipping conditions during long-distance transportation in both directions and storage in the warehouses of the shipping company, so we are not sure about the safety of the quality of the raw materials. This product is being disposed of and no refunds will be made!


Orders in Ukraine

  1. All shipments by Nova Poshta are carried out once a day until 14:00. For current information about operating branches, see the Nova Poshta website.
  2. Shipments by Ukrposhta are carried out once a week (on which day - check with the managers on the day of placing the order).For current information about operating branches, please visit the UkrPoshta website.
  3. International delivery works, parcels are sent once a week. International shipments may take longer than usual to arrive. We do not send parcels to Russia and Belarus!
  4. There is no courier delivery within the city
  5. Pickup from the office in Odessa is not available.


The order dispatch period is 1-2 business days, however, due to possible power outages due to martial law in the country, there may be a delay of up to 3 business days. Please take into account the fact that Saturday and Sunday are not working days, and if you made a payment on Friday, it is likely that the order will be sent on Monday. We do our best to ensure that orders are sent within no more than 2 business days from the moment your payment is credited to the company's bank account.

Free shipping of orders in Ukraine

Free delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta using the warehouse-warehouse method, provided that you place an order for an amount of more than 3000 UAH (if you place an order, for example, for 3030 UAH and you have a regular customer discount, keep in mind that the amount payable after calculating the discount may not decrease comply with the free shipping conditions), and it is also important that your order does not exceed 5 kg in actual and volumetric weight. We also remind you that orders are shipped the next day after payment is made, or even every other day if your order consists of a large number of containers and requires careful collection by our storekeepers. The cost of sending orders, the amount of which is less than 3000 UAH - from 80 UAH.


Terms of return and refund

Payment for an order can only be refunded if your order was not sent by the postal service. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days and will be credited to the card from which the payment was made. The refund amount may vary due to changes in exchange rates in banking institutions. Refunds for international shipments are not possible if the package has been collected by the postal service.

The conditions for returning and/or exchanging goods are governed by Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. However, we remind you that Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 approved a list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return, which in particular include perfumery and cosmetic products. Therefore, when placing an order, you need to understand that some of the goods from our online store cannot be returned (for example, base and essential oils, extracts and assets, ready-made cosmetics, etc.)

The following rules apply to goods that are subject to return and exchange:

  • Returns of goods are carried out within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order. The date is formed on the day of dispatch and is indicated on the invoice.
  • Products of those store categories that are subject to return and exchange are accepted new, undamaged, in packaging. If you are returning a cosmetic container, we must inspect it for damage, scratches, wear and wear.
  • Goods of poor quality will be accepted for return only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Return of goods is carried out by TC Nova Poshta at the expense of the sender. If the return shipping has not been paid by the sender, we will not collect the goods and will not be able to issue a refund.
  • Return delivery of goods is paid by the client according to the tariffs of the selected delivery service.
  • The cost of the product will be returned no later than 10 calendar days from the date of registration of the return/exchange. To process a return, we must receive the item you sent and inspect it.
  • Funds are returned in non-cash form to the buyer’s card or bank account. To do this, you must provide full bank details and/or passport details + TIN (if the return is made to an individual’s card).
