The Beurre team thanks you for your interest in our products!

Placing an order is easy using the shopping cart. To do this, select the desired item, specify the desired quantity, and click the "Cart" icon (also known as a supermarket trolley). After adding all the desired items to your cart, double-check your list to ensure you've selected everything correctly.

The next step is to provide the following information to place your order:

  • Your first and last name
  • A contact phone number (this is where you'll receive text messages about your order status)
  • A current email address (this is where you'll receive automatic order confirmations)
  • Then, it's important to select the country and city for delivery.
  • And, of course, indicate your preferred delivery method.
  • For international orders, please provide your full name, phone number with country code, and the full address with postal code where your order will be shipped. It's IMPORTANT to fill in all information in Latin characters.

Then click the "Place your order" button, and it will be sent to us for review! 

The minimum order amount for shipping within Ukraine is 500.00 UAH. The minimum order amount for shipping to other countries is 1000.00 UAH. You will not be able to place an order if the total amount of items in your cart is less.

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic email with your order. If you haven't received it, it means:

  • You entered an incorrect email address
  • The automatic email went to your spam folder
  • You didn't complete the order.

  1. All shipments by Nova Poshta are carried out once a day until 14:00. For current information about operating branches, see the Nova Poshta website.
  2. Shipments by Ukrposhta are carried out once a week (on which day - check with the managers on the day of placing the order).For current information about operating branches, please visit the UkrPoshta website.
  3. International delivery works, parcels are sent once a week. International shipments may take longer than usual to arrive. We do not send parcels to Russia and Belarus!
  4. There is no courier delivery within the city
  5. Pickup from the office in Odessa is not available.


The order dispatch period is 1-2 business days, however, due to possible power outages due to martial law in the country, there may be a delay of up to 3 business days. Please take into account the fact that Saturday and Sunday are not working days, and if you made a payment on Friday, it is likely that the order will be sent on Monday. We do our best to ensure that orders are sent within no more than 2 business days from the moment your payment is credited to the company's bank account.

It is also necessary to remember that mobile communications are now working very poorly, so if we do not answer calls, write us an email.
 


The Beurre online store sends orders to any country in the world using the address which you filled in. The minimum order amount for sending an international order is 1000 UAH. The order arrives at the address you specified. We have calculated the approximate cost of sending parcels depending on the weight and country, for example:

Tariffs are shown for informational purposes only. You will find out the exact cost of shipping during placing an order, when you specify the country and delivery address. If you have not selected international shipping as a shipping method, the manager will inform you of the shipping cost after your order has been completed and packed.You can also calculate the cost of delivery of the parcel according to the specified weight and exactly to your country. This can be easily done on the UkrPoshta website using the 
Delivery Cost Calculator.

During delivery costs calculating, you need to indicate:

  • destination country - indicate your country
  • type of departure - goods
  • indicate the approximate weight and size of the parcel
  • delivery method is always by air
  • without indicating the estimated value.


IMPORTANT! Make sure that you do not violate the conditions for duty-free import of goods into your country to avoid problems at customs and payment of additional duties when receiving the parcel. It is also recommended to check the lists of goods required to be declared. In all countries of the world, parcels may be subject to random inspection and opening, which may lead to further questions from customs officials if you have violated the rules of your legislation. These rules differ for each individual country and the store is not responsible for any problems that arise when your parcel passes customs control in the recipient’s country.

* If you were unable to pick up your parcel, did not have time to pick it up, or decided not to pick it up for personal reasons and the shipment was returned back, the store will not compensate the cost of the ordered goods and shipping costs. We cannot control the shipping conditions during long-distance transportation in both directions and storage in the warehouses of the shipping company, so we are not sure about the safety of the quality of the raw materials. This product is being disposed of and no refunds will be made!



Dear customers, please check all parcels at the shipping company's office for damage. If you discover that something in your parcel is broken, crushed, or damaged, you must file a claim at the shipping company's office for reimbursement for the damaged item. The shipping company that damaged the item is responsible for the damage.

If you were in a hurry, had no time, picked up your order without first inspecting it, and found the item broken at home, we will not be able to reimburse you for the damaged item, as the damage was caused by the shipping company, and they are financially responsible for the item during transportation.

Our job is to check the item for damage before shipping and pack it carefully. However, based on our many years of experience working with shipping companies, they often transport items carelessly, ignoring special "Fragile" or "Top" markings. Therefore, if you want to be on the safe side, check your cargo directly in front of the transport company operator.
