Useful properties of Dead Sea Salt
Dead Sea salt contains a large number of different compounds, each of which plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin:

Application of dead sea salt
General bath. Dissolve 150-250 g of salt in a small amount of hot water and pour into a filled bath. The optimal water temperature is 37 degrees, and the time of stay in the bath - from 10 to 20 minutes. It is recommended to take them 2-3 times a week with a course of 10-12 procedures, after which supportive procedures are carried out once a week.
Baths for hands. Dissolve 30-40 g of salt in 2 liters of warm water. Immerse your hands in them for 15-20 minutes. Such baths improve the skin, relieve inflammation in panariches and hangnails, strengthen nails, relieve joint pain.
Salt rubs. Dissolve 50-100 g of salt in 5 liters of water, soak a terry towel of medium size in the salt solution and rub the body with it for 15-20 minutes, periodically dipping it in salt water. After the procedure, rinse your body under the shower.
Salt peeling massage. Mix fine salt with shower gel if the skin is oily, or with cream or sour cream if it is dry. Rub the mixture for 10-15 minutes into damp body skin.
