Drenalip from Provital is an effective ingredient for combating cellulite, which reduces fat deposits, activates blood circulation and reduces volume due to its anti-edematous effect. Solubility: in water at a temperature below 40 °C

Use: dissolve in water, in the active phase or add directly to a warm emulsion and stir thoroughly until dissolved.

Drenalip is a complex of four plant extracts aimed at preventing the appearance and combating cellulite, which, when added to cosmetic formulas, has a modeling effect. Drenalip addresses key aspects of cellulite treatment:

What does Drenalip consist of?

Drenalip is a standardized complex of natural origin that contains four herbal ingredients:

1. Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus). The roots used are Astragalus membranaceus, which has a long history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is classified as an “Excellent Herb” for health problems. This fraction is rich in flavonoids and is capable of activating lipolysis and inhibiting adipogenesis.
2. Butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus). The rhizome used is Ruscus aculeatus, which is widely used in Mediterranean countries. A fraction rich in ruscogenin, a steroidal saponin that activates blood circulation.
3. Lemon (Citrus limonum). The peel of the citrus lemon fruit is used. A fraction rich in flavonoids, mainly hesperidin and naringin, can improve capillary permeability.
4. Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea). The above-ground part of the plant is used, which is traditionally used in the treatment of wounds. A fraction rich in flavonoids, mainly rutin, promotes the resorption of edema and reduces the fragility of blood vessels.

In vitro

Lipolytic action of astragalus

• Measurement of glycerol release in cultured adipocyte cells.
• At a concentration of 0.3%, it enhances lipolysis by 32%.

Astragalus reduces adipocyte differentiation and lipid accumulation in adipose tissue.

In vivo

A group of 20 volunteers used an emulsion with 3% Drenalip compared to a placebo. Two daily applications to thighs for 28 days. Measurements on D0 and D28. As a result, the following results were obtained:

1. Drenalip increases flowmetry by 36% compared to placebo.
2. Centimetric measurements: Drenalip reduces peripheral volume by 0.30 cm compared to placebo.
3. Anti-edematous effect when measuring skin thickness using sonography: Drenalip reduces 0.01 mm compared to placebo (maximum value: 0.04 mm).
