The thermometer is used to measure the temperature of hot liquids, gases or objects. An electronic thermometer with a handy long stylus is now your assistant wherever you go. With the thermometer you can easily measure the temperature of the water and oil phase, the melting point of oils, the time of insertion of assets in creams and cheesecakes.

There is no warranty on the thermometer, the performance of the product should be checked upon receipt. Claims for quality are accepted within three days after receipt of the goods at the warehouse of the transportation company.

How to work with the temperature measuring device

Turn on the ON/OFF button located on the thermometer body. To measure the temperature in ºC or ºF, press and hold the corresponding button for 4 seconds. Place the end of the probe into the medium to be measured. The result of the temperature measurement will appear on the display after a few seconds. After the measurement is completed, allow the thermometer probe to reach ambient temperature, wipe the probe with a clean cloth, and put on the protective cover.

Attention! When the display shows the following symbols: - “LOW” indicates that the supply voltage is below 1.3 V; - “EOO” - the circuit is open (between the probe and the housing or the measured temperature is lower than the measuring range; - “E11” - the measured temperature is higher than the measuring range. In order to avoid thermometer breakage and to obtain accurate values it is not allowed to immerse the probe in the measured medium below 20 mm to the thermometer body. The thermometer should be stored and transported with the protective plastic cover over the probe. The thermometer is automatically switched off 15 minutes after the end of measurement.
