It works well in face and body care products, as well as in wipes, hair care products and sunscreens.

Cosmetic properties of the emollient in recipes
Coconut caprylate is used in natural cosmetics, in products for the face and body, where softness is required, without shine and without a greasy trace after applying cosmetics. This emollient is very well distributed and penetrates the skin, has great lightness, while maintaining a noticeable nourishing effect. It can also be considered an excellent alternative to occlusive and non-ecological mineral oils.
Silicone-like emollient gives silkiness to finished products, spreads well on the skin, reduces white marks after applying emulsions and serves as an excellent base for dispersing pigments, so it is often used to create decorative cosmetics.
Coco-Caprylate can also be found in hair care cosmetics, since it is able to cover the hair with a thin film, soften and protect it, and add shine.

- creams and lotions for face and body
