Cosmetic properties of primrose oil

The oil has an excellent effect on dry, sensitive and allergy-prone skin, nourishes it, soothes redness and irritation (e.g. in eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis). Oil of primrose rejuvenates the skin, prevents premature aging and helps with inflammation of the skin due to hormonal imbalance, for example, when pimples appear at puberty, before the onset of menstruation, as well as with skin changes during menopause. There are improvements in varicose veins. The oil makes the hair delightful.

Adding a few drops of evening primrose oil to any other carrier oil enhances its healing properties. Evening primrose enriches and nourishes any oil blend.

High content of linoleic acid, as well as a unique gamma linolenic acid has an effective moisturizing and softening effect, clears the skin of spots, eliminates irritation, smooths wrinkles. Oenothera helps to preserve the softness and elasticity of young skin and prevents premature aging.

This oil is a frequent component of skin care products with atopic dermatitis.

Application: as an additive - 10%. It is not recommended to use in pure form and as a base oil. The oil is not stable and it is recommended to use in night products.
