Mineral cosmetics matte base 10 g

The matte base for shadows and powders is a textured mixture of powders, the purpose of which is to improve the glide and adhesion of the added micas or iron oxide pigments. To prepare the shadows you need to take 1 part of base and 2 parts of micas, mix thoroughly and the shadows are ready!
