Active substances of hyaluronic serum for face

The main component of the serum is low-molecular hyaluronic acid in its maximum concentration of 1%. We do not save on components, so that the created product really “works”. First of all, hyaluronic acid in the serum moisturizes and rejuvenates facial skin. This type of hyaluronic acid has a low molecular weight, so it is able to penetrate deep into the stratum corneum of the skin and moisturize it from the inside out. Many industrial hyaluronic serum manufacturers are silent about what kind of acid they use. And if you add high-molecular hyaluronic acid to the composition, then it will not be able to penetrate deep into the dermis because of the large size of the molecules and will only have a moisturizing effect, but not rejuvenating. Low-molecular hyaluronic acid in our serum affects the process of gene expression, including those responsible for the division of keratinocytes and the creation of intercellular connections. Their production weakens with age, so the process must be supported with special serums.

How to use hyaluronic acid serum

The serum should be applied to pre-cleaned skin. Only 2-3 drops of serum are enough, it is very convenient to measure them, as the bottle is equipped with a special pipette built into the cap. Leave the serum on the skin for a few minutes, wait until it is absorbed. There may be a feeling of tightness, this is normal as hyaluronic acid creates a thin breathable film on the skin. After 10 minutes, apply your usual skin care cream. 

Important: it's not enough to just buy a serum

Don't forget to drink water regularly: hyaluronic acid always attracts water to itself. If there is enough moisture, it will attract it from the air or from the body. But if you don't drink enough water and are in a room with dry air, hyaluronic acid will attract moisture from the stratum corneum.
