The properties of jojoba oil are due to its constituent amino acids, a protein that resembles collagen, a wax-like substance. Approximately 25% of sebum is made up of waxy esters, similar in composition to jojoba oil. Thanks to this, it is quickly absorbed, easily penetrating the skin barrier along with the biologically active ingredients dissolved in it. Mixing with sebum ingredients on the skin surface, jojoba oil forms a gas-permeable protective layer.

It is characterized by a high content of vitamin E, which determines its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, regenerating properties and ability to be stored for a long time without rancidity. Forms a thin semi-permeable film when applied, which softens the skin and helps it retain moisture (reduces transepidermal water loss), forming an airtight barrier, while not blocking the normal functioning of the skin, not delaying the evaporation of gases and water vapor.

Rejuvenates, regenerates, preserves the skin's natural moisture. It has anti-inflammatory and normalizing properties, so it is useful for both dry and oily skin.

Jojoba oil is also an excellent dissolving agent that effectively removes sticky layers from modern hair care products, leaving hair clean and soft. It allows you to achieve an unparalleled keratoplastic effect, which makes hair shiny and brings back its natural shades and splendor.

But when applying to large surfaces, it is recommended to use a 10% solution. It can be enhanced with essential oils, and then it will replace any expensive cream. Due to the fact that the oil is odorless, it can be mixed with any essential oil without loss of fragrance.

It is added in the amount of 1-5% to other vegetable oils to enrich cosmetic products (10-15% jojoba oil in creams, lotions and 5-10% - in shampoos and conditioners), as well as a base for dissolving essential oils for massage, masks, applications, lubrications.
