The Leuphasyl product is a pentapeptide that mimics natural enkephalin chains and directly affects the formation of folds and wrinkles. The pentapeptide is absolutely compatible with other peptides that contribute to the elimination of wrinkles and also provides a synergistic supportive effect.

The component significantly reduces the depth of folds of mimic origin, reduces increased neural excitability. It is included in the composition of cosmetics designed to combat aging, more often used to treat the forehead and skin around the eyes. Creams and serums containing Leuphasyl peptide in combination with Argireline reduce the appearance of wrinkles by 47% when used for 21 days.  

Component characteristics and features of use:

INCI: Aqua, Glycerin, Pentapeptide-18, Caprylyl Glycol

Dosage (percentage of introduction into cosmetics): 3 - 10%. Do not use undiluted on the skin.

Solubility: in water at temperatures up to 40 C

Use: dissolve in water, maintain the pH of the finished product pH 4-5.5

Storage: recommended in a dark place, protect from direct sunlight and overheating. For long-term storage, it is recommended to store at a temperature of 4 ºC.

In rare cases, storing LEUPHASYL in the refrigerator may lead to precipitation of the preservative. This does not affect the integrity of the product.

 
Cosmetic properties of Leuphasyl 

The main sign of aging is the appearance of wrinkles on the face. This is a natural process that is accelerated by high stress, unfavorable environmental conditions and other factors. The appearance of wrinkles also contributes to the pressure on the skin during sleep or rest, frequent facial expressions, gravity.
Leufasil peptide reduces neuronal excitation by inhibiting calcium ionic flux through the membrane, reducing Ca2+ and interdependent mediator release. Once the peptide binds to receptors, the changes stimulate a cascade in neurons, which in turn leads to a decrease in excitability: acetylcholine is released and cell activity is reduced. The contraction of facial muscles is weakened, resulting in the smoothing of expression lines.
Leuphasyl is an active component, but it is advisable to add the product as a supplement to increase the peptide efficiency of SNAP-25: for example, use it with Argireline or SNAP-7/8. This combination increases the effectiveness of the cream or serum.

Pentapeptide acts as an effective alternative to Botox administration by injection. Enkephalin mimetic reduces neuronal excitation and prevents the absorption of synaptic membrane particles with each other and the excessive release of acetylcholine. The main features of the component are:
