• Mini mixer is originally a kitchen appliance designed for whipping milk and other liquids. When the mixer is immersed in emulsions, its power and the number of revolutions decreases, and if the emulsion is very thick - the mixer will stop spinning at all. That is, when the cream cools down and the emulsion thickens, you will feel that the mixer starts to work worse. This does not mean that the appliance is defective, it means that the emulsion is too viscous for this appliance.
