Electronic pH meter for measuring the acidity of water, gel, cream

Simple pH meter can easily measure the pH of water, hydrolat, gel, shampoo, washing foam and even cream. Its only disadvantage when measuring the acidity of cream is the fact that the immersion part of the device is quite large and a lot of cream will remain on the pH meter. 

Also this device can be used for pH tests in drinking, river, sea and waste water, aquariums and swimming pools, boilers, water treatment systems, hydroponics.

Why it is important to buy a PH meter

PH level is a measure of acidity, which depends on the concentration level of free hydrogen ions. And its neutral value is 6.5-7.5, with pure water taken as the benchmark. Calibrating the instrument: how to do it

Prepare two or three (here it depends on how many “points” you are calibrating the instrument by) beakers and fill them with 25°C distilled water 250 ml each. Next, dissolve the powders for calibration. Turn on the device and lower it into the first solution with a reading of 9.18, press the CAL button and hold until you see the corresponding value on the pH meter screen. Remove it from the solution and rinse it in distilled water. Next, do the same by dipping the instrument into a second solution with a reading of 6.86 and a third with a reading of 4.01 on the monitor. Remember to rinse the electrode between dips in different solutions.
