RonaFlair M-Sphere - Silicone microspheres for improved sensorial properties

RonaFlair M-Sphere is a blend of silicon dioxide and natural mica that improves the sensorial and gliding properties of creams, can adsorb excess fat and give cosmetics a more voluminous appearance.

Characteristics of the component and peculiarities of use

INCI: mica, silica

Appearance: light powder with grayish tinge

Average particle size: < 15.0 µm (80%)

Dosage: 2 - 100 %

Use: insoluble in water and oil. The component is dispersed in the base, mixed with other dry components or added directly to a warm emulsion.

Storage: in a dark, dry place in a tightly closed package at a temperature not exceeding +25 C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.

Recommendations for cosmetic use

• Powder cosmetics (powder or pressed): improves the overall feel of the skin after application, improves spreadability, matting. Up to 100% incorporation is allowed. Visible effect from 3%.
• Emulsions (creams, lotions): matting effect, increases the viscosity of the emulsion, volumizing filler, improves the glide of the emulsion during application. Recommended use from 2 to 10%.
• Water-free oil-free products (lipsticks, sticks, pencils): improves application smoothness, makes products less greasy, binds oils. Recommended use 3 to 15%.
• Water-based gel products (serums): can replace pearl pigment and give the product a light pearlescent shine. Recommended use 1 to 10%.
