Tinosorb S Lite Aqua - Sunscreen against UVA/UVB rays

Component Properties and Usage
INCI: Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (and) Acrylates/C 12-22 Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer
Dosage: 2-10%
Solubility: in water and oil
Use: The manufacturer recommends adding to the aqueous phase at any stage of production:
in the aqueous phase before emulsification when heated to 75 C
in the finished emulsion at temperatures up to 75 C
into the emulsion when cooled to 30 C.
Whatever the method of introduction, the Tinosorb UV filter maintains its stability and homogeneity.
Application peculiarities: take into account the high pH of the component solution (from 8.0 to 11.0), so adjust the acidity of the finished product, lowering it at the end of the preparation.
Storage: in a dry, dark place in a tightly closed package. Protect from high humidity.

The new generation Tinosorb C Light Aqua filter eliminates a large amount of oil phase from the formulation, while the copolymer in the formulation is ideal for low viscosity formulations and provides broad spectrum absorption of the water phase. In addition, the composition of the active is water resistant and extremely easy to process, allowing it to be used in both "cold" and "hot" cosmetic formulations.
