Vin-upLift - instant visible lifting effect on the skin of the face

Vin-up Lift, produced by the Swiss company Mibelle Biochemistry, has a noticeable lifting effect on the skin, moisturizes it and immediately reduces the depth of wrinkles in the crow's feet area. Suitable for creating daily care products, as well as cosmetics with immediate effect (face masks, eye patches). Does not contain preservatives and is of vegetable origin.

Characteristics and usage features

INCI: Wine, Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum, Maltodextrin, Aqua/Water

Appearance: white to beige powder

Dosage: 0.5 - 1%

Solubility: in water at temperatures up to 70°C. Insoluble in oil and ethanol. Vin–up Lift in water results in a slightly hazy hydrogel. Dissolving 1% Vin-up Lift in water will produce a fairly viscous gel.

Usage: the optimal pH level should be within 4.0 - 8.0. Ethanolic/ aqueous solutions containing > 3% ethanol result in precipitation. To speed up the dissolution process of Vin-up Lift, distribute it in the water phase and stir until completely dissolved (e.g. 30 minutes at 60°C). To avoid clumping, it is not recommended to premix Vin-up Lift with other dry ingredients or to disperse it in oil, alcohol or other dispersing agents.

Storage: 25°C, in closed containers at a dark place.

Origin of Vin-up Lift

The main active ingredient of this component is ice wine, which, during the production of the asset, is combined with a carrier system from Caesalpinia prickly and is capable of providing an instant lifting effect. It sounds very strange, but let's understand in more detail what are the features of using ice wine.

Ice wine is an exclusive wine obtained from exclusively naturally frozen (frost) grapes. The grapes are kept on the vine for a long time at a temperature of -8°C or even lower. The right weather conditions only happen a few times a decade, so making Ice Wine is a complex process, and only experienced winemakers undertake it. The grapes are harvested by hand on a cold night.

Then, while the grapes are still frozen, they are pressed and most of the water is separated in the form of ice. The result is a small amount of highly concentrated juice. Ice wine is exceptionally delicious and rare, and the squeezed ice wine juice contains
very high concentration of sugars, polysaccharides and polyphenols.
 

How to get the Swiss elixir of youth

Swiss ice wine is made from Vidal Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. It is then spray-dried onto a carrier system based on polysaccharides. In our case, this is tara gum from Caesalpinia spinosa. Tara gum can bind to other ice wine molecules and provides an instant tensor and lifting effect when the active is applied to the skin. Tara gum is able to provide instant lifting effect as it is a highly branched, high molecular weight polysaccharide composed mainly of galactomannans (mannose backbone with galactose side groups). Therefore, using Vin-up Lift at a concentration of more than 0.5%, you can completely exclude the presence of other gelling agents in cosmetic formulas.

By adding Vin-up Lift to cosmetic recipes, the active visibly erases wrinkles within minutes, increases skin hydration, makes the skin smooth and soft, and instantly gives the skin a youthful and fresh look. Moisturizing Effect

A clinical study was carried out to investigate the moisturizing effect of Vin-upLift. For this, twenty women aged from 35 to 63 years (mean age: 48.3 years old) applied a 1% Vin-upLift emulsion and a corresponding placebo emulsion on the inner side of their forearms twice daily for 28 days. Skin hydration was measured using a corneometer. Results showed that Vin-upLift increased skin hydration by 50.9% relative to initial conditions and untreated skin, which was statistically significant compared to the placebo.

Immediate Anti-Wrinkle Effect

In a study performed with 22 women aged between 43 and 64 (mean age: 54.8 years old), Vin-upLift was shown to instantly smooth out the wrinkles of the crow’s feet area. Volunteers applied a 0.5% Vin-upLift emulsion one time on one half of their faces and the corresponding placebo on the other half of their faces. The product application was performed at the test institute under the supervision of a professional. Wrinkle depth was measured using
PRIMOS at the beginning of the test on the untreated skin and then exactly 30 minutes after the application of the test products. Results revealed that Vin-upLift could both instantly and significantly reduce the wrinkle depth on the crow’s feet area by more than 13% compared to the placebo.
