The grind is medium. Great for body scrubos. The crumble is ground grape seeds that are used as a natural scrub. What can you make with it? Of course a scrub that will be very beneficial for your skin.

Example of the simplest scrub for the body, for 100 gr of the initial product:

• 50 gr of oil (choose according to the desired properties)
• 50 g of grape seed crumbs
• 20 drops (1% of weight) - 40 drops (2% of weight) of essential oil.

Scrub should be applied to clean skin. Optimally, this procedure should be performed after taking a shower, when the skin is steamed, pores are enlarged, and keratinized epidermis softened. Cleaning scrub is performed by massage movements of the fingers. After the process is completed, the scrub is washed off with warm water. The frequency of use of scrub depends on the type of skin. If it is normal, the procedure can be carried out once a week. For oily skin, the sessions can be increased to twice a week. If your skin is characterized by hypersensitivity, it is recommended to use the scrub no more than once a decade. Hands and feet can be treated twice a week.
