Characteristics of Biolin P and features of use

INCI: Inulin, Alpha-glucan oligosaccharide

Appearance: white powder. The powder may clump or harden in high humidity. These factors do not affect the quality of the component, it should be dissolved in water with constant stirring.

Dosage: 1 - 5 %.

Solubility: dissolve in water or in the active phase and introduce into the cosmetic recipe at a temperature not exceeding 60˚C.

Particulars of use: working pH of the components is from 4.3 to 10.0. Avoid combining with Peroxides, Hydrogen peroxide, Oxidizing agents, Thioglycolates

Storage: in a dry dark place in a tightly closed container at a temperature up to 25˚C.

Origin of the cosmetic component

To obtain this component, experts used inulin from chicory. After that, the product was distilled and transformed into Biolin prebiotic. It contains both microorganisms familiar to the skin's microflora and organisms alien to it, which can have a favourable effect on the overall condition of the skin. The prebiotic adapts perfectly to the conditions on the skin, including:

Our first skin barrier consists of various organisms that live off our sweat, sebum and dead skin cells. These organisms not only clean the skin, but also protect our health and beauty with an original system. They protect us from harmful organisms that can damage our skin. These friendly organisms are called saprophytic flora. While the harmful organisms are called pathogenic flora. By introducing the Biolin component into the formulation, you create a cosmetic with competitive defence. All the previously mentioned "friendly" bacteria inhabit the first barrier layer of the skin, feed on its flora and prevent harmful bacteria from growing and developing. They do not kill pathogenic flora, but simply do not leave them food for development and reproduction.
