Crothix is a plant-based thickener that is non-irritating to the skin and very gentle.
- Melting Point: 45°C
- Solubility: in polysorbate, BPM, or water
- Best used in a pH range of 5.0 to 9.0.
Crothix Lozenges are one of the best thickeners used for thickening shampoos, gels, or liquid soaps. They do not require neutralization. They are compatible with anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants and are very easy to use.
