Cationic emulsifier DEHYQUART is a self-emulsifying base used for the preparation of conditioning emulsions for hair, as well as effective laundry rinses.

Component characteristics and working features

INCI: Cetearyl Alcohol, Dipalmitoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate, Ceteareth-20

Dosage: 4 - 8% pH level (5% solution) emulsifier: 3.0 - 4.0

Working pH: 4.5 - 7.0

Usage: dissolve in water at a temperature of 53-57 °С. The best conditioning effect and emulsion stability is obtained at a pH level of 3.0 - 4.0.

Storage: in a cool dry place, keep away from direct sunlight.

Dehyquart C 4046 has excellent dermatological compatibility: it does not irritate eyes or skin. Dehyquart C 4046 is classified as a "readily degradable" product according to the OECD 301 method and is used as a sole base, as it is sufficient to add the product to hot water while stirring to obtain an excellent hair conditioner.
