Alginate face masks
Alginate mask - what is it?
Alginate masks are so called because they are made using salts of alginic acid (alginates) and diatoms (diatomaceous earth). This is precisely the basis of the mask, which is similar in physical properties to agar or gelatin, that is, it hardens into a dense elastic mass.
Already by itself, even without additives, the alginate mask has a lifting (tightening) and modeling effect, has a drainage effect, improving the outflow of blood and lymph, and promotes the resorption of stagnant spots.
Alginate masks are actively used after mesotherapy sessions, facial cleansing, in anti-cellulite programs, and for the prevention of varicose veins.
The BEURRE store sells masks from the French company Setalg, as well as Alesso.
