Vanilla extract is fat-soluble, so you can add it to a ready, but still warm emulsion when introducing it into creams. If you want to add the extract to aqueous products without an oil phase, we recommend using solubilizers.
We told you what solubilizers are in Blog Beurre “Solubilizers and their use in cosmetics”.
Combination with other fragrances: sandalwood, benzoin, as well as balsamic and spicy fragrances.
To prepare a cream with a delicate fragrance without using fragrance - you can combine vanilla extract 0.3-0.5% with jasmine wax 0.5-2%.
