The closest in composition to the plant is base unrefined cold-pressed oil (virgin).There is no definite answer whether such oil is healthier than refined oil or not. Let's figure it out.
Features of base unrefined oils:
- Unrefined base oils are as natural as possible. They can be described by the English word “raw” - natural, unprocessed, hard. This is their main drawback. They oxidize and go rancid more quickly than their refined counterparts.
